Early Life and Education

Mia Lee was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, in a household that prioritized holistic well-being.

Her parents raised her in a macrobiotic environment, instilling in her a deep appreciation for clean eating and the power of food as medicine. Growing up, she witnessed the transformative effects of a healthy lifestyle, and this planted the seeds of her passion for nutrition and exercise.

Driven by her passion, Mia pursued a degree in Biomedical Science and Nutrition, which further enhanced her understanding of the human body and the impact of nutrition on health.

She delved into the scientific aspects of food, studying its various components, metabolism, and the intricate relationship between diet and disease prevention.

Overcoming Health Challenges

Mia's own health journey has been marked by significant challenges that have shaped her resilience and determination.

Following a snowboarding accident, she developed Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), a chronic condition characterized by severe pain, inflammation, and limited mobility. Mia refused to let her condition define her and embarked on a mission to reclaim her health.

Through extensive research and collaboration with healthcare professionals, Mia discovered the benefits of exercise, proper nutrition, and holistic healing practices.

She incorporated these elements into her daily routine and witnessed a remarkable transformation in her own well-being.

Mia's experience with overcoming health challenges not only deepened her empathy for others struggling with similar issues but also fueled her desire to help others live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
